Thank you for taking an interest in Calfpress. As Calfpress is a novel concept, we are using pre-orders to gauge interest and ensure we can order enough volume to keep our prices affordable and accessible. If Calfpress fails to ship, we will offer full refunds.
The estimated shipping date for your pre-order is March 2025. This date is provided as an estimate and is subject to change. While we will make every effort to ship the Product on time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. You acknowledge and agree that the delivery date is not guaranteed.
Pre-orders require full payment at the time of checkout. Your payment secures your place in line for the Product and confirms your acceptance of these terms.
In the event of a delay, we will notify you promptly via the contact information provided during the pre-order process. Any changes to the estimated shipping date will be communicated in a timely manner.
If the Product is not shipped within three (3) months of the estimated delivery date (i.e., by 30 June 2025), you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@calfpress.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.
If you choose to cancel your pre-order for reasons other than delays beyond three (3) months, a cancellation fee of £5 may apply.
Calfpress shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.
Calfpress shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from delays, including but not limited to lost time, missed opportunities, or additional costs incurred by the customer.
We are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your order. Updates regarding your pre-order, including any changes to the estimated shipping date, will be communicated via email or through the contact information you provided.
The Product’s design, features, and specifications are subject to change during the development process. Any material changes to the Product will be communicated to customers prior to shipping.
Ownership of the Product transfers to the customer upon delivery. Until the Product is delivered to the customer’s address, risk of loss or damage remains with Calfpress. As the seller, we will ensure that the Product is delivered to the customer in good condition. If we select the courier, any issues in transit will be resolved by Calfpress.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You further agree that your pre-order constitutes a binding agreement between you and Calfpress.
